- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆i recently ordered some AJ flip flops online from this store. 3 days after my order i still had no confirmation of my order so i contacted the store who informed me that even tho they had taken payment and the website said my Ajs was in stock they in fact was not !! i asked when i was going to be informed of this and why was my payment taken to which i never received a clear explanation. The assistant then told me they had a different colour in stock and she would send them as a replacement instead. they then called me back 20 minutes later to tell me the replacement Ajs was not in stock and that my original order was in stock and they will be dispatched .When they did eventually arrive they came covered in ink!! across the strap and along the sole. I called to inform the store and i was told to return them and once returned at my own cost i would receive a refund as i was going on holiday the next morning i was forced to keep them as i had no time or funds to find a replacement ....terrible online experience ...terrible customer services !!!!By loubru, March 11, 2018
