- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sadly, standards have declined over the past few months. Have been coming for around 20 years and enjoyed superb breakfasts, especially. Lately have been very disappointed in cooking,presentation and service. Last visit a few days ago,we waited 25 minutes for breakfast even though only one other customer was there. Toast etc was not brought with meal and waited, and waited...eventually after 7 minutes had to go to counter to remind staff ( toast etc had been left on hot counter), no apologies. Did not enjoy breakfast due to poor service and waiting. Did inform staff member that we were unhappy with our experience, but just told that head cook was on long term sick leave and that new staff were not being trained!! Very sad that after the last 3 below par visits, we will not be visiting again.By Admin, June 21, 2019
